About My Service

I work with adult individuals in my therapy practice, offering confidential and compassion-focused working relationships.
Trauma-focused therapy is my speciality. 

Based in Fareham and primarily serving the surrounding areas such as Gosport, Portsmouth and Southampton. 

Therapy sessions are available in person.

Availability of in person sessions may change due to Covid conditions which I monitor regularly.

  • Experience

    Over a decade of full-time experience working in therapeutic relationships with military veterans of the Army, Royal Navy, and RAF.
    In particular those who are suffering from traumatic events in past military service, but not solely this reason. Also, with those from the Merchant Navy if their vessels had been requisitioned to a theatre of war.
    Prior to this, experience of working in a community practice in Hampshire.
